Prompt delivery and was updated on my order all the way from despatch to delivery. Paid extra for Saturday delivery on the Friday I ordered and wasn't disappointed. The banjo was packaged extremely well and securely and arrived in top condition. Would defeat use again when purchased another instrument.

A really fascinating place with. Great range of guitars. My don got to try out all the guitars he was interested in. Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Great selection of equipment, however, the staff are usually quite up themselves, one guy was recommending me strings when I asked for another size, and he had no idea what kind of guitar I had or anything. I've spent a good amount of money in this store and every time I've been, the staff seem very condescending, that's my only gripe.
