Don’t usually leave reviews but I had to for these guys. Went in to buy a guitar and everyone was really friendly and helpful. Picked up a guitar that I thought I liked but when I got home and plugged it in I didn’t really like it. Spoke to the guys and they said I can exchange it for something else. Managed to exchange it for something else and I haven’t looked back since, obsessed with the guitar. Great customer service, great information and great guitars
Excellent service could not be better. Faith in a retailer is so rare these days and these guys genuinely care about their customers and their experience they clearly value custom just like the good old days. I will be returning to this business time and time again I could not be more happy as a customer well done Guitar Guitar!
This is my 3rd purchase from guitarguitar & once again I'm thrilled with another perfect transaction & especially with my new guitar. I already have a Gibson Les Paul Classic, which I love & recently purchased an inspired by Gibson LP Standard Epiphone '59, which is also a great guitar. However this '50s LP Standard Burst in Heritage Cherry is out of this world. The finish is perfect as is the tone. I hadn't realised that every single LP with the Burst finish is unique, because of the individual grain of the wood. guitarguitar had several to choose from & I struck lucky with this one as the book matched Maple top is exactly to my taste. I think that the US made Gibson LP is perhaps 50% better than my Chinese made Epiphone, although at 4 times the price. However it was an informed choice to buy the Gibson & if you have the resources then go with the US made guitars every time.
Took a wander in here as my son has taken an interest in playing g bass guitar and wanted to have his own. Nice selection of guitars and bass guitars including shortscale bass which is what we were looking for. Staff were helpful and set up and amp and bass for the wee man to try and left us to try it out so none of the usual hovering about you get from most places. No pressure to buy and none of the usual sales patter. Would recommend and would buy from here again.
Rory was great and the guitar selection is awesome. The staff are very helpful and it is well worth visiting to compare guitars that are hard to compare otherwise. The store layout is very well done and splitting the shop into 3 separate shops is great. There is one for acoustic, one for electric and then another for drums and pianos.
Wow! We have visited music stores across the US, Ireland and Scotland, and this was by far the friendliest, happiest store. The employees offered not only to let us play anything we wanted, but they actually got to know us and shared stories with us during our visit. Great, great place to spend time perusing beautiful instruments and meeting fine people.
Great selection of guitars to suit all pockets. Most of the staff were chilled, sometimes felt a little pressed, but not rude. Met a couple of great guys up in the train from Kendall, pass on our regards if you know them. Peter and Helen.
Fabulous Shop Enjoyed my time looking at all the Beautiful Guitars ..works of Art some of them .. Everyone so Friendly and Welcoming Went in to get my son some strings Blown away the array on display Great Experience
Guitar Trade In: Very reasonable valuation on upgrade to a different guitar. Covered all postage/delivery and very prompt payment once inspected. Well recommended.
Aimlessly wafted through the shop today soaking in all the lovely guitar goodness obviously no intention of spending a penny in the sweetshop but was greeted? Greet? Welcomed pleasantly as always, such a great atmosphere for a large shop.
