Had an appointment and was seen even before because the one before me cancelled. Very nice nurse at the reception and friendly doctor who was professionnal for my naughty cat's annual vaccinations visit. Have bought some worming treatment and the whole was very cheap. I haven't tried any of their other services yet but I had a good experience and will come back. Thank you!

Lorenzo and the team at Companion Care are absolutely brilliant. They take very good care of our dog and are very friendly with him. I think that the consultation fees are very reasonable, and the fact that they have an out of hours service in Romford now has massively cut the cost of emergency care. I recommend them without hesitation.

Lovely and decent prices

We have been taking our dog Bengie to Beckton for 10 years. He was always well treated and the prices were very reasonable. There is a great team of Vets and staff to help with all our questions. We now take our new dog Sheba for treatment there and would not take her any where else. Very happy customers.

I once took a stray cat into this practise to see if it was OK and if it had a chip etc, and told this was a free service by the first receptionist when I initially went in. I was willing to pay to see if the cat was OK, but it seemed that they were happy to have a look for me for nothing, and all this would be fine. When attending the actual appointment a few days later with the cat, I encountered a different receptionist, who looked like she was a junior vetinary nurse, and was briefly snapped at by a bald headed vet (looking at thier website this looks like some Dr Lorenzo guy, but don't know for certain. I never even spoke to him, he just yelled at me and stomped off) with such rudeness and comtempt it confused me because the first receptionist was lovely. Having read other reviews here I can it think it was because they weren't getting paid for this service. And I thought vets were in it because they were compassionate people, but obviously not! Maybe they get commission, but I would hope not! The receptionist was more interested in talking to another young girl there, than actually doing any work. She took the cat off me and said I wasn't allowed to go to the back, she'll take the cat and do all the checks. When I asked to see the vet myself and discuss strays in my area she just smirked and said the vet was very busy (this was on a Tues afternoon and I was the only person there, no one was waiting), but would ask. She went through to the back with the cat. A few mins later this vet guy whirled out of a door behind the reception desk and very rudely announced to not feed any strays and they will go away. He then gave me a look like I was stupid and huffed off through the door like I was taking up his precious time for no reason. I hadn't gotten to actually ask him anything, let alone about feeding etc, he just presumed all that or its what the receptionist had said to him. He didn't introduce himself or anything, just stormed out of the door, yelled at me, and stopped back through. I didn't even get a chance to explain my concerns. I left feeling like this vet practice didn't actually care about the well being of animals and a little disappointed with the treatment I was given. I strongly suggest that all members of staff go on a customer care course; that's if the practise care for such things. I was just looking out for an animal I had found, not asking the world. After all, I thought I'd gone to a vet, you know... People who care about animals... isn't that your job?!
