The groomers were amazing first time visiting them and they were so professional and helpful and really cared for my lovely dog. Will be for sure coming back soon. Also the staff in pets at home were helpful with helping me find products. Not very happy about the vets place as the vet seems to want to rush you out for some reason and didn’t pay a lot of attention and was more interested in getting my dog spayed lol. But apart from that the pet store and groomers were great  🐾

Took my dog there and had her washed at to dog parlor and now she has dandruff will never take her there again and i am having t rouble getting rid of it thanks for ruining my dogs beutiful  coat

Will now never shop at any Oets at Hone stores anywhere. 
My girlfriend and I are looking to get a rabbit, but as she doesn’t get home from work u til after the stores close we thought I’d take a few pics so we could decide together which one we liked the look of to start our decision making. We’d already been in on two weekends where they had no rabbits at all so we were left with no choice. 
I went to the store today and as I was taking my first photo I was extremely rudely told I wasn’t allowed to by one of the male staff. He was walking away from me as I questioned why and began to explain why. He interrupted me from the till where other customers were paying and loudly said that I was on private property and it was as simple as that. 
I called their HQ while in the store as I was take aback by the rudeness and odd stance on photos only to be told after 20 minutes of waiting that that is their blanket policy. I guess they have something to hide, I don’t know. I was also told that despite wasting my time to travel to the store and spend over 20 minutes on the phone that they couldn’t accept my complaint about the rude staff unless I wrote in. 
I’ve wasted enough time with these people so will take my business elsewhere and highly recommend anyone else to do the same. 
Very disappointed but from what I’ve read since visiting I’m glad to not be returning. 
Would give 0 stars if I could.

Very poor customer service. W bought a tank which came with a filter. A month later the filter isn't working properly. The manager then tells me that's how it's supposed to be. Unbelievable.
I have read other people's reviews about staff being arrogant and obnoxious, the manager Joe is their role model and he is leading by example.
Horrendous attitude towards humans makes me wonder how they must be treating animals.
A disgrace.
