Id like to thank the PDSA for their fantastic sevice. Ive been a customer for many years. Ive never been dissapointed by any of the vets ive seen, and they are always very helpful and reassuring. I admit I struggle with the new way of doing things; Having to go through various options on the phone, to then be directed to www. ...... And then, fill a form etc, when all you want is a simple appointment, but once im actually at my appointment, I have never once felt let down. Every vet ive seen has always been very caring. Today, my boy was diagnosed with a tummy bug, causing a fever. He was given an injection, along with antibiotics, and steroid treatments to take home. Plus 2 months worth of wormer. The vet was lovely! The price I was charged was less than a box of chocolates! I asked for a print out of what the full cost would have been, and thankfully, on this visit, I was able to donate the full cost price. I really urge those who can pay, to try to do the same, where possible, or even donate what little you can afford towards the cost. We really need the PDSA to carry on ticking over. Where would people like us be without them. I have NEVER had a dissapointing visit, and am ever so grateful for all you do. Thank you PDSA, and all the staff at Bow This is Patch who had his appointment with you today
Over the 12 years of having my Jack Russell Spot. PDSA have been nothing but excellent.. I can't thank them enough for the care and treatments my dog had over his short life span and I'm forever in debt to you all. Today we put my boy down as he got very ill and declined at a fast pace.. Thank you so much for being so kind and patient while we put him to rest. You're all amazing & we will never forget what you did for him
I have multiple cats. They've had dentals there and all my older cats go to the cat clinic for health checks, the vets are friendly and the staff are great. I'm very grateful to them for all the care my cats receive on a regular basis, especially from the elderly cat clinic xx
The vets were very friendly and helped my cat my cat had eye infection. The building is very easy to find. The entrance had smell of urine and it felt horrible going in thinking we have stepped on urine some dry and some which is still wet. It is understandable as it is a vet and people must have brought pets who have urine infection.
Totally strong armed into making a 'donation' I could not afford and from which i had a proven dispensation. Not convinced the care my cat received was appropriate, it certainly wasn't timely and resulted in putting my cat down. Could the three days and nights of distress and suffering of this animal have been prevented, absolutely, even if the outcome had been the same. Defo seek help from a different animal charity because the money grabbing culture is shockingly inappropriate and runs contrary to fundraising codes of good practice. I'm on the fence as to whether the medical care was fair and proportionate because I can't bare th think my poor cat might have suffered unnecessary. Not an old cat, only four years old and fit and healthy.
Had to take Teddy to see the vet he is now feeling better than how he was attended to. Now need to know where I can get a grooming done for Teddy. If anyone knows of a dog grooming parlour is I would kindly appreciate if you can let me know.
Saw a “vet” recently with my cat. The woman I saw was really quite aggressive and rude. She looked like she had gotten out the wrong side of the bed. When I told her the problem she just raised my cats tail and said if she gets an infection, bring her back. There was no checking the ears, inquiring about worming or flea treatment or any basic prevention measures offered. I don’t get free treatment, I pay but regardless an animal hospital should have the animals welfare as it’s core principle rather than anything else, whether they like me or not or aren’t in a good mood. Albeit the telephone and reception staff are always really helpful. I have since relocated my cat to Blue Cross who sadly euthanised her today. I feel if I had received proper care and treatment at the first instance I may have avoided the mercenary death of my not yet 2 years old girl. I won’t make this mistake again. I would prefer MediVet to PDSA and that’s a statement.
This is a first class example of proffesionalism. The staff are simply superb. What more can I say. Thank you.
Very unhappy with the treatment I received from the girl who saw us. My cat has an ongoing infection for 1y I was there she didn't give me absolutely anything for its ears, she just looked at my cat a bit disgusted as she said that it got wax and I have to clean it daily. Instead she gave me flea and worms tablets, thing that I didnt even ask for it. I asked her to cut its nails as I find difficult to do it, she refused saying the appointment is for 10m but we were there for maybe 4mins.very rude. So she booked me to be seen by someone else. The next woman who saw us to cut its nails was friendly and she showd me how to do it but still this doesn't compensate the ignorance of the previous one. I also donated 20. Looking to relocate my cat ASAP. I won't recommend. Very disappointed and ignorant person.
Amazing folks great animal care really nice place myself and chico will be back
