CARELESS/RUDE/AGGRESSIVE
Yes this is what actually I experienced here. First of all no response, you will die calling and to get to the right department. The dressing women from Nigeria named (Brane) was so rude, literally screaming and shouting at me when I called to rebook my appointment to remove my stitches. I have to end call saying I will remove my stitches myself instead of getting disrespected. I know this review will not make any difference but still it may help others some how.

Incontinence service - Eneberi Clinic Newham. It is a disaster in the whole NHS. I am a disabled person in a wheelchair. I have forced incontinence because I am in a wheelchair and I cannot reach toilet in proper time. And there are less and less accessible toilets in all Newham. Instead of incontinence pants I was offered talk - that I should not thinking about my bladder by one stupid specialist.
