When I first stepped into Poplar Vets with my then very little and young kitten Sushi, I wasn't expecting the first-class service I was given. In fact, I had no idea how amazing this practice is. Not only are the staff bright, friendly, cheerful and sparkling with knowledge, the premises are also very light and airy, as well as being kept clean and comfortable. To me this seemed more like a 5-star pet hotel than a veterinary clinic! The wonderful veterinarians and the rest of the team here have helped my Sushi and she is now a very healthy and lovely young cat!

Outstanding vet practice! We’ve been really impressed by Poplar Vets since we discovered them a year ago and our dogs just love going there. All vets are professional, thorough and caring. They clearly are all dedicated and passionate about their work. They take time to explain everything to you carefully and answer any questions you may have. The level of follow up and support is spot on and you really feel that you are in a safe pair of hands with Poplar Vets.

Excellent experience with Poplar Vets over the past two years and many doctors my dog Big Boy and I have seen for regular annual appointments and quite a few sick or emergency visits. All of the staff from making appointments, to checking in, and the vets have been great with my dog. I have also always been able to get in, even on Saturdays or for a same day sick an emergency visit for an appointment. Very happy with our choice of Poplar Vets and have stayed with them through several moves around London.

Wonderful friendly staff who genuinely care about your pet and not how much they can get out of you. My cat is registered with them. I was given good advice and felt much better leaving the vets than I did when I walked in with a sick kitten. Definitely recommend these vets! 💛

Without a doubt this is the best vet service I have ever come across - and I've grown up with cats since I was born. The staff now know me and we have a great rapport, so I know Sushi will be able to access the best care I can give her for the rest of her life. I will definitely shout about Poplar Vets from the highest rooftop I can find!
