Will not be back. Visited on a Sunday to look for a used VW golf. Found a car which may be suitable but not able to test drive on the day so to secure we paid a refundable deposit with the salesman knowing exactly what we were doing and if we were happy with things after the test drive on Wednesday we would sort out a personal loan. On Monday we were contacted to say we needed to test drive it on Tuesday instead as the salesman was not working on Wednesday. Telling them this was not convenient the salesman told us he would come in especially on the Wednesday morning for us instead. Later the same day we then get a voicemail message about the vehicle we are “purchasing” (despite not having test driven it) and that they needed the money in their account on Thursday so they could hit their targets by the end of the month!!! Cannot believe they actually say this to the customer.. completely lost trust. To make things worse, when we went on the Wednesday, the sales man was on the phone and clearly heard him say to someone on the phone he was working until 6pm, so he had actually lied about not working on the Wednesday and tried to persuade us to test drive a day early so he could close the deal a day early and hit end of month target. Needless to say, we cancelled the purchase as no longer trusted the staff. To compound things, it took 9 days and 3 phone calls to have the deposit refunded. Will not be back!!

Very accommodating. Staff really know their stuff and don’t try to hard sell all the time. The take the time to listen to what you want and try and find a suitable match.

Not impressed. Sales staff seemed clueless and not really interested in selling the car I was initially interested in. Had to book a test drive, even though I was the only customer in their branch. Their loss, I bought from Arthur Prince, a dealer who does understand customer service.
