I felt like i was being ripped off £180 admin charge when online it cleary says no admin fee.  then said 500 pounds for a 2 hours away delivery? You can fly to USA for that! They think I was born yesterday I have bought a few cars in my life. So be aware before dealing with this company.

Had 3 of my vans in recently for diagnosis due to lights on dashboard engine management spanner etc  Booking in exceptional within 2 days Faults repaired and vans back same day Customer service absolutely excellent especially from Chris on reception phone calls to me to confirm collection drop off etc  Massively improved from my first experience with them so well done Pentagon Arnold  Many thanks Tony Luna Blinds Nottingham

Purchased a used car from Pentagon  for £11,900, treated like royalty and everything seemed very good on the day! After 3 weeks I noticed some corrosion on the tailgate and wing. Car is 2014 and has full dealer history and had apparently had a full inspection paid extra for it by pentagon before i took ownership. When i raised the issue with the sales person, his tone changed, tried to wash his hands from it completely and said "well you inspected it on the day". This same sales person made me also sign the bit  on the paperwork saying i took it for a test drive when i never did. I was naive in thinking they're honest folks and he convinced me no need for a test drive as the car looked the part but it was protocol to tick it off.  These people will smile all day long and tell you what you want to hear. As soon as you buy, you are left out on your own.

Rung the parts department 6 times to no avail . Either they don't feel like answering the phone or are short staffed  , if it's a staffing problem the management should get out of their warm comfortable chairs and help out . Very poor service for Vauxhall UK .

Please excuse the dirty footwell, had my bonnet release catch fixed here. Just like to say a massive thanks to Sharon and her team for a fantastic service. I was dreading having to have the grill smashed open but they managed to sort it without a scratch. Service was excellent and great value for money.

Amazing experience at Vauxhall. Matt was great; really informative and knowledgeable. I was put at ease straight away and helped to find the best fit for me as soon as possible. My new car is great and I couldn’t have done it without Mary’s help!

I was up at pentagon to view what options for my mobility , I needed an automatic van bigger than I have at present which is a Peugeot partner LX 600 , with a lowering ramp or a electronic hoist ? They don't do vans on mobility .....

Called up regarding a very specific issue with my Vauxhall. They seemed to not want to help in any useful way. I was told there was nothing outstanding in my car. I already knew there was an outstanding safety recall but this wasn’t why I phoned they gave me a number to call with my issue that also didn’t help. I took a last ditch effort to call evans halshaw and they couldn’t have been more helpful and got me all I needed. Only reason for 2 stars rather than one is that the service worker on the phone I understand was just doing her job and was very polite and helpful in the best way she could. Overall I just felt fobbed off but the worker just managed it very nicely.

Great experience with these guys, simon watts helped us pick out a lovely first car for my girlfriend.
