Called on several occasions both through the call center who said that they had messaged the branch, I also managed to call the branch directly and asked for service dept only to be told that i would get a call back. On ALL occasions and still to this day i have received a call back. So i looked further a field but still in the county and received brilliant, outstanding response and service.

Booked a collection for 2nd service and the car was not collected. The worse part is that they didn't even call to explain why or took let me know they couldn't collect the car. I had to call back and make another appointment; this time I drove to the service centre. Once there the service was good, but the courtesy wash was poor. Didn't look like they vacuumed inside; more like just shook the mats and they didn't clean the windows inside. I know it was a courtesy wash, but they could have made a better effort.

Very responsive when wanting to sell you a car, dishonest information given by different people regarding warranty.  Sold a car to us supposedly just had MOT done that day and a service. 27 days into ownership brakes gone 90% metal on metal and they knew we drove off the forecourt with young kids in the car. They told us in person and email that there were NO problems with the car, no advisories on the MOT and that the car had a full dealer service. Six weeks after ownership- engine light on and had to replace fuel filter as was blocked. This could have been dangerous as the car could have just stopped. They paid for the first problem with the brakes. However my polite email for further assistance regarding the fuel filter and concern as to whether a service was completed have remained unanswered as was my request for management/ director email address. I will be contacting the relevant trading standards and government body with regard to passing an MOT with a car in that state, not stating the relevant advisories along with the evidence Where are your morals Sandicliffe? and where is the customer service? very disappointed when purchasing from a main dealer which I expect better service from.

We were made to feel very welcome and the atmosphere was very calm and relaxed, resulting in a very easy car sale.  We got exactly what we wanted
