Better railway station after the big development in this area. Free newspapers at door. Toilets inside station. Clean waiting room. Always helpful staff. Underground station and big bus terminal is in front of it. Btw good train service.

09/02/2026 just after 8:15am one lady staff has rude behaviour with old lady who has freedom pass which she can travel after 9.30am ,nStaff instead telling her she can’t travel on this card before 9:30am ‘ lady staff was shouting on her.nEveryone should be respected
A very busy train station in London that is easy to navigate and offers a convenient route into the heart of the city.
This station is absolutely brilliant for anyone wanting to go to London without entering Zone 1. You get a beautiful view of the bridge from here and a bus station right outside it! It is absolutely lovely!nnI would highly recommend it, and it has a sainsburys and some other shops!nnA 4.5 station with a bit of modernisation easily a 5 star station!nnit is step free and there are toilets here!
