Large Underground Station in the Heart of LondonnWe used Tottenham Court a few times specially as hub to go from East to North London. It was very convenient and great to have so many connecting lines. We also exited here to go to Outernet.
The station manager obviously doesn't and does not enjoy his job, he comes across like a nice fellow. But trust me he isn't, stay well away from him, I approached him because I needed help, but he called the police over and made up a story about me, now he three police officers were flabbergasted as to why the manager was lying and making up story's about folks, they told me to make a review on his conductn, I have complained in the Tfl site and sent a letter to the mayor of London, felt some racist undertones
Tottenham Court Road Station is served by the Central, Elizabeth and Northern lines the underground part of the station has had a upgrade to the entrance and ticket hall area making it bigger wider and lift installed for disabled access. The station has a number of entrances and exits here and is a very popular and busy station with a high number of passengers interchanging to different lines. The Elizabeth line part of the station is so clean and fresh with two long platforms.
I found it an easy station to get around and to change between tube and Elizabeth lines.nThe tube station seems like most but the Elizabeth line station is impressive with big open walkways and large platforms and when changing between tube and Elizabeth using the lift it the temperature difference is quite a lot of feels like the Elisabeth line station has air conditioning.nI like the finish of the Elisabeth line station it looks really clean and modern or almost futuristic and how everything is curved.
This is a massive station.nnEasy to navigate and easy access to and from the Elizabeth line.nnStill easy to use during rush hour and other busy periods.
