Really nice train station which is severed by southern trains which go to London Bridge & East Croydon. There are no ticket barriers at this station & also no lifts at this station. Small ticket hall with member of staff behind the counter sometimes.
Zone 2/3 station. Only 1 train operator: Southern, you can take train to London Bridge or Crystal Palace.
The word 'basic' perfectly describes this station honestly. No step free access, part staffed ticket office and a handful of seats on the platform make this a perfectly basic station.
I wish this were my local railway station.nnAlso a useful interchange for the P4 Bus towards Brixton, or Lewisham, via Horniman Museum Forest Hill, etc
Simple station rarely too busy. Basic station.
