Very easy access to Liverpool Street and Liverpool Street Station. Also Bank station if needed. You can take Circle Line, Hammersmith and City line, Metropolitan Line and northern line and Elizabeth line to their destination.nStation looks so clean and tidy. Also staff is very friendly and helpful.
Probably the worst station I have ever been to, getting lost in there made me want to not to use the underground ever again. There are no signs indicating where the ‘great northern line’ is and when I finally found a staff member who appeared to be young Somalian male was more interested in being on his phone than attending me to as I had to ask if he could help me x5 times before he reluctantly explained that I needed to go down some steps which didn’t help as I still got lost. I will be making a complaint about the poor customer service I received on 04/08/24 at approximately 15:30pm.
I went on a “Hidden London” tour of the old Moorgate Station. You are taken to places the public doesn’t have access to. A early 20s university student was the guide and she was knowledgeable, witty, thorough and patient with questions. This was well worth it. You don’t have to be in great shape, but you have to be prepared to climb a fair number of stairs.
Hidden Underground tour.nPretty cool, small tour group 6 in total so plenty of one to one talk with tour guide and his accomplice. Some amazing photos taken.nnWill be doing another tour soon.
