The staff in there today were amazing and went the extra mile. I purchased some laces which I wanted done in a certain way on my vans and the lady didn’t catch her name was so helpful and friendly. When I purchase vans in the future I will be going to this store
I'm a big fan of Vans as regular costumer. I'm just went today check any new collections. And Reedem my vans points for a vans bag. The girl in store was like she was biting lemon , rude, and unprofessional she doesn't even knew what's the Vans family. If she hate her life not my problem!LAST TIME WHEN IM GO TO Westfield store. The staff here are absolute legends! Becks helped out so much. Outside of product recommendations and knowledge also just a lovely human!

I just got a pair of ultra range exotic blacks from Laura who is a brilliant sales person, I always have trouble finding wide fitted shoes and she was pretty patient and efficient. Her product knowledge is 10 Thanks Laura
Served today by a great person called Silvia. She was fantastic, gave me all my options in my size, explained to me how different styles can feel different, stuff I would never of even thought about. 10/10 service from this young lady, could not be more impressed. Will 100% be back to return for this level of service.
Very helpful staff on our visit today. They went an extra mile to help and I would recommend this shop to anyone. Love the shoes too :
Would have given them a 5 star rating had it not been for the grumpy, rude sales assistant on this particular day. Luckily it's the only time I had the displeasure of being served by him. The rest of the staff are extremely helpful and polite.
Went here on the weekend - they have a good selection of shoes. Staff are friendly and very helpful! We had to queue outside for quite a while due to the restrictions, but it was worth the wait especially as it was the last stop before heading home.
Not bad, although they had very little stock when I visited. Out of 6 pairs of shoes I liked, they only had 1 pair in a size 10. Their stock was probably low because of Christmas, but something like that should've been pre-empted and more stock ordered in advance. The staff were very helpful, however, and I did end up leaving with a new pair of shoes.
