Been here a few times now. Staff are too busy walking around. chatting to themselves or stocking shelves when there’s clearly customers needing help. Teribble customer service and rude staff. Out of the 5 or 6 times going here I’ve only had one male shop assistant that showed decent customer service.

Good size Gap store located on High St Kensington between the tube station and Kensington Church St. Upstairs is womens including Gap Fit, whilst downstairs is Mens, Children's and Baby / Toddler. Keep an eye open for frequent promotions, some of which are only for email subscribers

I think i was never treated this nicely ever before from the whole staff of a clothing store Very helpfull super nice people you can totaly tell these people like their job 😊

Customer service was dreadful and despite cashiers working at a snails pace (with people waiting) security tag left on clothing.
