Nice shop always have been happy to visit, but apparently some of the staff don't understand customer service. Had to wait for 20mins to pay even when there were three ladies working at the till because they were too busy dealing with one family of binge order nothing wrong on those customers, what can I say my shirt only costs £29. :((

Very RUDE staff! Last night I had just finished dinner with a friend and walking pass GUESSS,I saw this lovely denim jumpsuit on a model in a bill board inside the shop,so we decided to go in, try it out and possibly buy it if it fitted.Entered the shop which was still open and asked one of the staff about the denim jumpsuit,she took me to the shelf and helped me pick out my size,then pointed out the fitting room to me. I went towards where she pointed saw a slighltly open door and decided to ask another staff if that was the fitting room....first she looked daggers at me,then told me vety rudely the fitting room was closed!. I then asked if I could just pop behind that door and try on the denim (I really liked and wanted that jumpsuit!),...she gave me this dirty look and proceeded to inform even more rudely that 1-THAT was not the fitting room,2-the store was closed! This was a few mins before or after ten,and the store wasn't closed cos the door was wide ajar,lights were on,the first staff member had ATTENDED to me,if they were closed the door should have been locked,with a closed sign,so how was the shop closed? It wasn't just what she said but how she said it,and the body language...I had never felt so insulted in my life.That was my first time stepping into that place & definately my last..!

Don't get me wrong if your a shopper there is nothing wrong with this shop however it just provides more fashion that seems to be repeating itself I could not tell the difference between this clothes and another just down the street. If fashion is your thing give it another star
