Regretted ever walking into this shop. I took some jeans for tailoring and after not hearing back I had to call to find out they had lost them and they hadn’t realised. They told me I could pick some new jeans and pay the difference or get a refund (they were a gift). After complaining to Calvin Klein separately, I got told I could pick another pair of jeans. They then forgot to ring me again to tell me they were ready for pick up. When I went to pick up I had to wait 20 minutes as they had forgotten I was there waiting for them! Could have been bad luck if they hadn’t been so awful over a number of visits.

Lost my friends jeans brought in for tailoring, came three different times to get it sorted and still hasn't been. Friends family have to now travel to London to get the refund from a shop that didn't buy from or live near.
