Went in to buy school shoes. The clerk was on hand to measure the kids feet and to help get the correct shoes and size. Very pleasant young lady. Good variety of shoes and sizes available and there was a buy 1 get 2nd half price offer. Was a 10 minute queue at the till then another person came to help. At the till there was a machine that sprays the shoes to prevents scuffs an prolong the life of the shoes. This alternative service was also a good price so I got that done to the shoes. Happy customer.

Great shop. Unfortunately they didn't have my daughter's size in the shoes she wanted so they ordered it to be delivered to my house free of charge and it arrived the next day! The shoes were a decent price too.

I bought two pairs of ankle boots, one being in the black Friday deal. They are very good value. You have to search for your size in the stacked boxes. I had one pair treated for waterproofing.  Enjoyable visit.

Assistant never had a clue. Didn't even know how to find an item code from website. Asked him if I could still bring the item back after Xmas as the 28 days return would have expired. He said it all depends what mood the manager is in. I then asked him for customer service number and he told he doesn't know and didn't know how to obtain it. I found it via goole search in 30 seconds. Phoned them and answered by a very nice and knowledgeable assistant, who told me that if a Xmas present I would have 28 days from Xmas day to return. Thank you. This was Deichmann in Westfeild, Shepherds Bush on 23rd Nov 2022 at 10.20am. They had no manager available in store and did not know for sure when they would be in.

Very good and nice shop. A lot of different shoes Sales manager Alona from Ukraine is very polite and positive! My Recommendation

I went to buy some smart shoes, i asked one of the employer if they have size 3 , without checking she answered with “no” and them left, i went to the pay zone, asked someone else to check if they have that size, the women sent the same girl to check upstairs  because apparently they were, she moved herself 2 m away from me and she came back saying there’s none , she didn’t even went upstairs, when i asked where is that stock she just pointed at the end of the corridor, rolled  her eyes and left again, i think her name was Andreea . I went back to the till to solve the problem, the other guy didn’t even saw the shoes or the size, he came back after 3 minutes saying there s none. How comes the other employer saw on the till that there’s “few of that size” but in the end was none and rude customer service. If she have a bad day, is not customers problem, i ve been nice and polite, with that attitude i don t think i was deserved to be treated .

Good shop, has a TV playing which helps keeps the kids entertained, has a nice selection of footwear. My partner and I regularly look around this store for new selections

Joush was exceptional. He helped us alot. Looked for stock. Store got variety clean and sofas inside was plus point. The key holder lady at till was the the cherry on the top. Got what we want. Fantastic shopping experience

Good variety of shoes, all kinds, sports casual, formal, Men, women and children, reasonably priced, decent space between aisles to move around,

I like their shoes, i have already using one which is cheaper & good quality as for regular work but they are using JD shopping bag!
