Bought 2 pairs of boots for the daughter. 1 pair fitted fine. 2nd pair were too tight. No problem, just send them back with the slip and ask for the size required. Sadly none in stock. But what great service, a phone call to advise of this and could they do anything else to help. Requested a refund to give daughter chance to pick again. Even better service. Had only just put the phone done when I had a message from paypal, refund processed. We will be using the retailer again :)

Entrée par erreur dans ce magasin de chaussures pour femme ne proposant que des pointures en dessous du 35 (taille FR). La vendeuse était néanmoins très agréable et le magasin semblait proposer grand nombre de choix.
