Awful awful customer service! Had an issue with gift card and sales person dismissed us away. Said he couldn't help my 13 year old niece, I went back with my niece and insisted they helped. Horrid man was rude to me and niece as I insisted we talk to a manager. A young girl came along and introduced herself as a manager but was laid back and seemed unconcerned about our issue. We sorted it out eventually but they were rude to me and my niece and very dismissive of us. I will not go back again ever and will not buy at Zara again. The queue was long and I could see people becoming irritated about the wait. The staff at Zara are terrible and the staff at Office were EXACTLY the opposite. We were treated really well and they were polite and friendly. I will be going back there.

The staff are rude, I was in the middle of asking a question and then she just walked off and started talking to what I assume to be her manager. She then pointed her thumb over her shoulder and said "can I go on my break can you deal with her?" this other staff member was also plain rude, couldn't care less about my enquiry and walked off - no manners, simply bad customer service. Not normally one to write reviews, but was actually shocked at the service - or rather lack of service

Love Zara - but not this location!!! I've shopped at Zara for years and always give 5 stars - but today they really let themselves down. The floor staff were so rude I wanted to ask them if they owned the store and not just worked there. One member of staff that ran into me actuslly snarled at me. That was after about the 3rd rude interaction. I appreciate it's difficult working with the public but how hard is it to reply in kind when someone is just being polite (me, not them). I won't be rushing back!

Always amazes me that this place is always so busy. All things considered. If you read this just go elsewhere. By purchasing from this store and brand you are supporting them.
