It used to be my favorite shop, they had very fashionable and trendy pieces for a very cheap price. However, they have significantly rise the price but not the quality. It's not a bad place for young, "cheap" clothes, and they also have a decent amount of plus size pieces. But there is always much more on their online page and you can always get a discount there.

I ordered my order 2 weeks prior to an event I wanted to wear it too. Forever 21 delivery system is just appalling, your deliveries never come between 2-5 working days so you can never get it on time and their customer service is also horrendous, when trying to talk to a member of the team to see if they could get it here on time, there was no help given and no one to contact, yes they have nice clothes but the delivery just ruins it completely for me and the lack of help you recieve on your order. Definitely wouldn’t recommend buying anything off the website, better just go to the store

Well laid out store but not all stock shown online is in stock. Helpful staff as well but the changing rooms could do with a bit of TLC

I liked the choices, however, the place was crowded and the que very long, I ended up putting down my shopping and leaving since it didn't feel like it was worth the wait. To be fair, most stores were busy that day, I would still try to buy some of the things online.
