I am so glad I chose Vanilla Square to sell my flat. They were professional and efficient from day one and went above and beyond at all times. The team are so approachable and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend Vanilla Square!

Would highly recommend Vanilla Square to anyone looking to sell their home.  A brilliant service provided which lifted a lot of the usual stress involved and kept us up to date at all times with invaluable advice when needed.  Steven & team were extremely friendly and approachable throughout the process and all provided at a competitive rate.

Good final result. Exceptionally helpful  staff where nothing was too much trouble. Process completed very quickly. Did not agree with an asking price that was on the very low side. Market conditions were variable but offers varying by 100k reflected a bit of lack of knowledge on the area and the pull of a well known local school. Full marks to a very professional photographer who made our property almost unrecognisable to us. Would recommend Vanilla Square as a relatively new but vibrant and ambitious estate agent.

I recently sold my flat through Steven Lucas after he was recommended to me by a friend.  Being overseas in Australia, I was worried the process might be stressful however Steven and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. They explained and helped me through every step of the process and made the whole experience stress-free.  I took Steven’s advice on what work to do before the sale and how to present the flat. I’m so glad I did because the sale price exceeded my expectations and everything I did proved to be well worth it.  I couldn’t recommend Steven & Vanilla Square more, thank you team!

Words are not enough to describe how grateful we are for the excellent service we received from Vanilla Square. If anyone is looking for an estate agent who will be on their side throughout the entire process of selling and buying properties, contact Gemma! After other estate agents gave us incorrect information and put us on the wrong path, plus thanks to pure negligence of our lawyer, it seemed impossible to sell our house and that we were going to lose out on the property that we had struggled long and hard to get an offer accepted on.  Just a few days prior to the entry date , when it was looking like there was no hope left at all, Gemma stepped in and negotiated things 100 times better than our lawyer. As a result both sale and the purchase of properties went through! Huge thanks to Gemma and every member of Vanilla Square! Iain & Kate
