I cannot praise Vanilla Square highly enough. Took on the sale of our property after an eight week period of below par standard performance by another estate agent and succeeded in selling my property within 2 weeks. Special mention to Vicky and Gemma as I am not the easiest customer to deal with. Angels on our shoulders!

Highly recommended! Joanne and the team were brilliant, straight from the start. They found me a tenant as soon as my property went onto the market, they took care of all the paperwork, their service was excellent. What more can I say? Worth every penny! Really fab! Thanks guys..

Vanilla Square made the sale of our flat in the west end a stress free and seamless process. We were offered honest and helpful advice from the outset and Vanilla Square got the flat on the market really quickly. Once it was up we had lots of viewings all efficiently organised through their amazing online portal so we didn't need to spend hours on the phone coordinating. The flat sold in less than three weeks, we couldn't be happier. All round a really friendly and helpful team and great service- thank you!

Not had a great experience overall and i've been waiting for over 3 months for my deposit to be sent back to me after repeated emails about it.. legal proceedings have now taken place to try and get it back! I would advise not to rent with vanilla square
