As a landlord, IVY looked after my property for 15 years. They kept me up to date and any issues that arose were quickly and professionally addressed. When it came time to sell they advised me on how to prepare the property for market, they explained the process, performed all the viewings and secured a quick sale at an excellent price. I highly recommend using Ivy!
I first met Iain more than 4 years ago in 2020 when I was looking for a flat in Glasgow, although I didnt buy through him then I remembered how impressed I had been by his professionalism and integrity. 4 years on I had a flat to sell and took it to him. He put Alex on to the job. I couldn't be more impressed, they are lovely people to collaborate with and did a superb job. I had high expectations to start with and they met all of them with something to spare. Excellent, thank you!
Lived in a flat managed by Ivy Properties for 3 years and honestly can't complain in any way about their service. We had building works done while we lived there, and Ivy were very accommodating and helped us out with the difficulties that can come with these works. Always helpful and quick to address any issues we had.
I cannot recommend this agency enough. It is the first agency we have been with who have been consistently helpful, responsive and supportive. We haven't had a single issue with them. The staff are so lovely and it feels like they truly care.
We had the pleasure of renting through Ivy for 2.5 years. They are efficient, organised and great communicators. Julie in particular was a great help and provided us with a reference for when we moved country and were looking for a new place. Can’t recommend them enough.

I would highly recommend selling with Ivy. I sold my west end flat with them in May of this year and was very satisfied with the whole process. They are professional and friendly to deal with and always availabile for questions and advice. We meet with other agents but felt that Ivy were much more knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. We felt in very good hands throughout the major life event of selling and moving home. We chose to do our own viewings, however we have viewed properties with Ivy in the past and were impressed with their knowledge of the home being sold and the local area. They clearly do their research in order to provide both buyer and seller with the best experience. Ivy are ahead of their game and I cannot recommend them enough.
Sold my flat through IVY Property in the Summer and they made the whole process a breeze! They took care of everything including the viewings in a very professional and efficient manner. The service was excellent and I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending IVY.
