Avoid this company completely, We bought a house across the road from us, because it was so close and we knew the person, we found out they were charging both the buyer and the seller the fees, twice the amount any decent company charges, when we questioned it they waivered my fee (buyers) after doposit was paid they demanded the payment or told us we would loose the deposit, When our solicitor (conveyancing direct) asked for the contract they refused to send it over, It ended up costing the guy we bought the house off of 8k to sell his house The 5 star reviews are fake AVOID

I had a confirmed appointment so I bought a train ticket to go see the property. Luckly I called right before departing just to learn that my appointment was cancelled and the house sold. Not even an email to advise me.

Although I believe this outfit probably operates loosely within the confines of the law, never before have I heard of such unethical and immoral methods as this agency practices. Coercive and pressurized sales techniques, leaving buyers confused, bewildered and seriously out of pocket. I don't know how they sleep at night. Well actually I do, I think it's lack of conscience and a non existent moral compass. Buyers beware!!!

I've had nothing but good experiences and great communication with GPA. When time hasn't been on my side and I wasn't sure what to do - GPA recommendations and expertise really helped in making my decisions. I look forward to working with you again.
