Northwood Glasgow is by far the best Letting Agent I have been with in the UK. Unlike the majority of the agents that rely on non-user friendly contact templates, which take ages resolve issues, Northwood Glasgow will always communicate quickly through emails and telephone and will ensure that any issues are resolved quickly. They are friendly and always happy to help. They respect their tenants and their service is amazing. Aimee, I would like to personally thank you for assisting me with the all the little things from Council tax to small fixes.
Northwood handled the sale of my rental flat in Glasgow. I live in England, and Northwood also managed everything on my behalf after the company I had paid for to manage my flat let me down badly. Northwood arranged for my flat to be cleaned and some repairs to be completed in readiness for going on the market. I would recommend Northwood to both manage a rental property and sell a property. All the staff I dealt with were highly professional and efficient, communication with them was superb, and Northwood's charges are competitive.
I'd highly recommend Northwood Glasgow. We used them to manage our rental property for more than ten years and then engaged their services to sell it. Laterally, Aimee was our main point of contact and we found her to be friendly and kind in her communications while also being super responsive, prompt, and professional in her handling of everything. Over the years, we encountered a range of repairs and replacements all of which were handled promptly and efficiently. We found everyone working here to be pleasant and very accommodating throughout our time as landlords. As our real estate agents Northwood handled the marketing and sale of our property equally as efficiently. We received multiple offers over the home report in relatively quick turn around from the property going on the market. Would highly recommend.
The best letting Agency in Glasgow!! I would specially like to Thank Amiee!! She's a star......she had been very helpful since our very first day, no matter what the situation was she was there to handle everything professionally and was very responsive all the time. During our tenancy period she was more like a friend being very helpful and kind. No matter what the issue was everything was sorted by her within 24hrs. I would definitely recommend Northwood, Glasgow.
Satisfactory letting agency. Full deposit back but not the quickest at acting on requests and use cheap labour poor installation of replacement shower screen and windows damaged when new handles installed. Spent the first three weeks without a working boiler this rent was eventually refunded after actioning our tenancy rights. Nice and friendly staff but do occasionally have to be chased for responses at times.
Northwood Glasgow is a great letting agency and everyone working here is respectful and very accommodating. I've had the pleasure of working with Aimee who made the whole renting process, from the viewing to the handing over, smooth and hassle-free. I recently rented a flat with Northwood and I cannot speak highly enough of Aimee. She was so on the ball and always kept me up to date with everything. From before I moved in until after I moved out she was always quick to reply to emails, answering my many, many questions and passing any information back and forth between myself and the landlord. She made the whole process of moving in and out so easy and she routinely made visits out to the flat to check that everything was okay. Any issues I raised she dealt with so quickly and professionally. She is absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much Aimee!
Avoid Northwood letting company. They charged me £240 for a deep clean even though I had clearly done it myself see photos When we moved into the flat they had left soiled bedsheets on the beds and various disgusting stains all over the flat walls. Used Northwood for over 10 years. Never have a complaint about them. Very professional and always accommodating. Brilliant team working with Pam, Isabelle, Craig, Kyle and Keith. Would recommend anyone to use Northwood.
Its been a very pleasant experience of renting through Northwood for nearly 4 years. Rosalind has made it a very smooth process to getting the apartment contract ready and move in easily. Aimie has provided fantastic support throughout the tenancy and resolved any repair issues quickly. I would highly recommend this agency to future tenants!
