Had a fantastic experience with this estate agent. They had our property on the market extremely quickly with plenty of viewers booking to see the house. We had our buyer in place and then disaster struck, two weeks before our move date our buyer pulled out late in the afternoon. Central were extremely quick off the mark and had another party put in a written offer within 2 hours! The customer service and the speed they mobilised was superb and I would highly recommend them.

We sold our house last year with Central and were very pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. Craig was very efficient and kept us well informed of the progress of the sale, it actually only took a few days. The photographer took plenty of time to show the house well, we were very pleased with the results when we saw them online. The"Coming Soon" board was a new experience for us but it worked really well as we lived near a school and I think it was what attracted the buyer. The price was good too and it took the pressure off to have a fixed amount to pay at the end. We would definitely use this agency again and would highly recommend them for a stress free selling experience. Pat.

From the beginning a very efficient and friendly service was provided and no hard sale tactics used to secure our custom. Our viewers commented that they were impressed with the agents knowledge and speed of their reply. I would highly recommend this company

What fantastic service at a fantastic price. Thoroughly professional and passionate about their business. We were recommended to them by a close friend and they more than delivered going above and beyond helping us present and sell our property. Very highly recommended now by us!

Five Star Customer Service, Bill, I can't thank you and your team enough!+ — Now, to give you all some background, my flat had previously failed to get much interest in 7 months (!).. while under Countrywide's "professional care"... with a very much "wait and see" approach to advertising. It felt like fishing, languishing on CW books, feeling like a pest for chasing, while my life was on total stand still. CW were fast enough to send me their bill when I switched to Central, leaving me totally confused and frustrated with the profession. — So, Central de-stressed me, with a refreshingly honest assessment of where we needed to improve (alas!). Fantastic modern 3D walkthrough tech, and meticulous attention to detail in presenting, scanning, and photographing my flat. All the advice and hard work applied here was key. My Westend flat sold in 4 days!!! The process was completely smooth and enjoyable! — We had more interest in 4 days than Countrywide had in 7 months! Never again will I think "big brands" are better. Supporting the little guys was the best thing I have done, we received everything the fantastic wee flat deserved. A very personal and bespoke experience, it's a no brainer, I would Strongly recommend Central Estate Agents to anyone selling their home. Much love. D
