I rented my property out through Belvoir for a number of years and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They have incredibly high standards and I always felt my property was in good hands. Amanda, has been my main point of contact for a couple years now and she has always been incredibly responsive, helpful and professional.

Belvoir is the best letting agency we've ever encountered! Sharon and her team are so kind, thoughtful, hard working, attentive, responsive, and so much more. As tenants, we had various mini emergencies which are even harder to tackle during a global pandemic and we would sometimes have to contact them out of hours, and I always felt so awful. But their team never hesitated to help and would go OUT of their way to fix issues asap. They are just outstanding and I can't recommend them enough! I wish they could be our agency forever!

Heard many bad things about letting agents before coming to the UK. Belvoir were the exact opposite. Sharon and Pauline were always very responsive and took care of issues as quickly as possible. They even happily accommodated frequent schedule changes caused by COVID/BREXIT at the end of my tenancy and were an overall pleasure to work with. Can only recommend, would definitely use them again!

We have used Belvoir for a few years and we cannot praise them enough.  Their service is as close to perfection as can be.  They made us feel at ease and we knew we were well looked after.  They are very quick to dealing with any query or problem.  A special mention must be given to Sharon Walker and Maureen.  They work so hard and provide such amazing service.  I would highly recommend anyone to use their services as they are friendly and professional.

As landlords, my wife and I give 5 stars for the 5 star service we have received from the Belvoir Letting Agency on 563 Dumbarton Rd in Partick. Tenants are well vetted and in the 3 years we have been using Belvoir, the state of the flat has been regularly checked to see if tenants were keeping the flat and white appliances clean and and in good condition. So far rents have mostly been paid on time and any delay has been quickly resolved.  We thank and praise Maureen and Sharon for their excellent services.  Pam Gomez and Ronny Grant
