We offer professional tenant and landlord services across Glasgow and North and South Lanarkshire and have served the lettings industry for over 10 years.

I rented the flat I'm in now through Happy Lets in 2014. We had not long moved up from England and trust me, we had made mistakes with letting agencies previously so we were cautious. However the process was quick and efficient and when we moved in the house was actually CLEAN! Big bonus! We dealt with Kira, Gabrielle and Ceetl, all of whom were really lovely and inspections and visits were arranged with plenty of notice and they were always willing to accommodate our schedules. Happy Lets are by far the best agency I've ever had the pleasure of renting with. I'm currently still living in the same house, however it was taken over by another Property Management company in 2016. If I'm ever looking to rent privately again Happy Lets will be my go to Letting Agency! :)

Happy let's will ask you to vacate the property a week early but continue to pay for it to let the landlord carry out repairs, while charging you an unsubstantiated cleaning bill before the repairs start. Money grabers. Also on occasion they enter the property without knocking/ringing and checking that you are in.

I am extremely happy with the service I have received from this company and their staff! I have been renting one of their flats now for over a year and I have just renewed my lease for another year. The staff are both extremely helpful and very kind. My property manager, Gabrielle, has helped me out vastly as last year my flatmate upped and left without saying anything leaving me with nothing. I had to keep up the flat myself and happy lets staff were so helpful and understanding and I cannot thank them enough!

Without a shaddow of doubt the worse letting agency in Glasgow. Arrange viewings to cancel them on the day of the viewing, no consideration for tennants. Would never go near any property let by these jokers

AVOID AT ALL COST. The WORST property agent that you could possibly get. Rude, unhelpful and inefficient across the whole office from property management to repairs department. You would even have to get some tenant liability insurance which is not stated clearly until you sign the papers. SUPER LOUSY and would definitely not recommend.
