I recently sold my property with Rettie and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother selling experience. From start to finish they were professional, informed, friendly and responsive. Richard created a great first impression with the valuing process and handed over to Lyndsey to manage the sale. She was a joy to work with and made the journey simple and effective. I’d thoroughly recommend Lyndsey, Richard and the Rettie team for anyone looking to sell in the area.

We recently bought and sold property via Rettie Byres  Road and both transactions went extremely smoothly. The staff at Rettie are both  very conscientious and highly responsive  and sensitive to client needs. For the sale of our flat we dealt ,predominantly,   with Lindsay and Thomas : both very professional and industrious  people . Lindsay apprised us of developments in relation to the sale on a daily basis while Thomas provided access for viewings. Both worked very hard on our behalf to meet our requirements . Overall , the Rettie team is very client centred and the fees are competitive. In view of this , we would highly recommend Rettie, Byres Road for anyone looking for a positive experience and outcome in relation to both the purchase and sale of property in Glasgow West End.

Despite buying and selling many properties over the years, I was both surprised and delighted with the professional service that I received from absolutely everyone at Rettie West End. Everytime I called I was reassured by their expert advice and, when I popped into the office, I was greeted by smiling, helpful people who were clearly genuine in their determination to do their best for me. In the end, all their advice was spot on and my property sold for much more than I ever expected. In particular, I would like to thank Lyndsey and Richard as they were most involved with the sale.
