Very hit and miss, some doctors are wonderful some have no grasp of mental health. The booking system is deeply flawed and stressful and the receptionists can lack basic empathy

This is the most useless service. I have serious diagnosed mental health conditions and since I moved to Sheffield they are completely unwilling and unable to get me therapy services or medication. I dislocated my wrist before a final exam and needed to get it taken care of and they said they could not see me for over a week. Useless, rude and a complete waste of time and resources. I expect to get some assistance from medical professionals, not leave in tears and more frustrated than before.

This is the most useless service I have ever had. Not only can you never get appointments unless you're willing to wait like 2-3 weeks, but the reception on the desk are very rude. I wouldn't mind if the ultimate service was good, but i have only had one doctor there that was ever able to definitively tell me something. When i call with what i think is an emergency they dont even seem to listen it seems like they just going to tell me to go to A&E. The emergency nurses are very nice i will give them that, not only this but their practical, reassuring and kind. Even when I had an operation there they did not even tell me whats wrong just that they need to remove something from my leg, when i asked what they just said its not cancerous but we dont know what it is. If i could make a wish it would be they hired to reception staff or taught the ones there some manners and how to be cordial.

Been trying to get in for a week now about a really urgent matter, staff talk to you like you're dirt on the bottom of their shoe. The doctors and nurses are lovely and have helped me and I can't fault them but you really need to improve your reception and administration staff.
