Tonight alongside my band Boys of Brass we played a great wedding gig here. The evening was superb all round. No problems with staff, the client or the crowd! It's perhaps somewhat a specialist joint to hit really, but if you head along for whatever reason, you'll be amongst top guys and gals. The beer is respectfully priced and the grub was decent enough also.
My little boy was desperate for the toilet when passing. We asked if he could use the facilities as he is only 5 and could not wait much longer to only be told he is not allowed. This despite on the side of the building saying all welcome. What happened to community spirit?
Great place to walk around and beautiful view
Simple little bay used by a Sailing club. Dogs on beach ok. Free parking opposite in large carpark. Relaxed, simple and commercial free. Take some nibbles and while away an hour listening to the Tyne mingling with the North sea. Luvly jubbly.
Pretty nice alternative beach to take the dogs if longsands gets too busy/with beach bans tbh
