Have just recently used this company to buy caravan steps, and then again to exchange/replace the gas bottle. Being local I received free next day free delivery. Ordering was easy, prices competitive and the driver was great; very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend. Thanks!
Great customer service and prices. We ordered a Coleman Air Valdes tent just over a year ago - it was the best price we could find online so we were really happy. Unfortunately one of the air poles got a puncture recently and we contacted the shop. They were so friendly and helpful and contacted Coleman in order to get a replacement for us. They then called to say the item was on its way and got the courier to send us a 1 hour delivery slot, all free of charge. We would definitely recommend this shop and will be shopping here again
I can't praise the staff here enough. I made an enquiry about an order and was updated several times without asking about stock levels and when the new stock would arrive. They are very prompt at answering emails, very competatively priced they even beat Amazons 'sale' price, extremely helpful and courteous. I did have a slight worry when I tried to order via the website and it showed not enough stock, but this was due to them very kindly putting my order aside for me. Fantastic free next day delivery on my order too. Want to deal with a company that puts the customer first? Then Camping and Caravan Direct is an excellent choice.
Excellent service, next day delivery and no quibbles with a minor warehouse mix-up. Look forward to using these guys in the future.
Only been here a couple of time but cannot fault this shop is only small but will beat the price of most other camping shops would highly recommend you have a look next time you need any camping or caravaning stuff
