Went to this Hotel for a Birthday weekend last week and stayed in room 217 for 2 nights.
Have stayed previously in the past and always enjoyed our stay.
We particularly asked for this room because of the views and knew we would be spending most of the weekend in the Hotel.
The room was so cold we had to ask for an extra heater, this was provided quite quickly by very helpful staff.
The reception on the tv was very poor and took the edge off the weekend.
All staff are very helpful and pleasant including all dining room staff.  Following many stays here without problems we were disappointed and hope our concerns will be addressed.
As previously stated all the staff are pleasant and very helpful

Went with work. Was busy and they didn't seem to get the meals to us well. Not sure I will need to go back. The place was really busy in all their areas so perhaps they were extra flat out that day. Great location though. We had sea views all around our room. Great space to work that day 🎉😁

Had our wedding package here. Location' staff' food' event almost perfect. Huge Thank you to all of the staff truly the best. Food was amazing. Views from room 300 awesome. Definatley recomend to anyone truly excellent service and hospitality. Thank you all.

Nice as always. Lovely to watch the boats and the nice view. Good outdoor seating area too for the summer.

Been 3 times in the last 3weeks. Never once disappointed  Introduced certain members of my family and they will certainly visit again. Been different days at different times. Staff excellent
