I'm sure the food is absolutely gorgeous, but we waited in line for over half an hour, only to move approximately one metre forward. When we looked at how much longer the queue was, we had at least another five metres to shuffle - roughly another two and a half hours at least. This was at two o'clock on a Thursday. If you have nothing else to do, I'm sure it's worth it. If you're only in Tyneside for the day, I wouldn't waste my time.

Always, always busy. Says it all! Be prepared to queue. Well worth the walk down onto the beach. Either hire one of their deckchairs or sit on the sand and enjoy! Serving until 8.30pm during the Summer.

What a gem! Don't arrive super hungry as food is cooked to order and good food like this takes time! Absolutely incredible coffee too.

Amazing place. Even though I queued for over an hour it was well worth it. I made some friends in the queued and we sat down to eat together and had a great night. The food was wonderful. I am vegan and ate the side dishes which were tasty. More side dishes please ☺️

Beautiful food in a great sea view location. The staff work constantly to cook, serve, and bring deck chairs and fire pits to the beach - all round great experience
