Absolutely amazing time. This park has everything you need and the staff are all friendly. Toilets and shower blocks were so clean a d spacious, with a steam and sauna room to. Food was good although on the pricey side, can order through you app to your table or your tent! Would also be better if there was a little more variety on the menu.
Very much enjoyed a week with the kids here. Did some camping on a dry pitch with electricity and water, and between the playgrounds, pools, arcade rooms, nearby beaches, and access to the other Woolacombe Bay resorts, there was stuff to do every day. Noise levels were about average for camping not the quietest, but not intolerably loud either, and overall everything was really nice and clean. Tip: Take advantage of the access to the other resorts. They have their own awesome facilities and bookable events you can take advantage of.
Came here for a week with my partner and was not dissapointed. The caravan was lovely, and the campsite was great. The entertainment each night was entertaining and enjoyable, shout out to the team who did a great job. Pools and facilities are good, and a nice scenic walk to the beach. Overall a great place to stay, definitely recommend to anyone considering staying!
Lovely caravan park. Staff was very friendly. Lots to do on the park plus crazy golf was free! The only down side was the club house was not big enough and they allowed dogs in the restaurant, the restaurant had a soft play for children which was very good and free too but my daughter left her shoes at the table then we noticed dog poo on the floor. Which then put us off. The staff looked very fed up when I reported it. All in all we had a lovely break. Would recommend.
Love this place. The man who checked us in set the stage. Gave me a cider and was super chill. So many great facilities and all the staff are mega. I hope the pool lifeguards are on a decent wage coz from what I witnessed they work hard for their money and actually care. The kinda pulling and dragging they do, the average person would be claiming over their back already.
Second visit for us and we had a great time! We have a teen, a tween and a toddler and there is something for everyone to do. Caravan was beautifully clean and the staff who work so hard are always happy to help. The only thing I would say is scrap the pool booking system, its difficult to plan a day around pool times and let's face it, kids want more than an hour a day. We'll definitely be back next year.
Lovely campsite. Kept very clean. Indoor and outdoor pool was amazing. The staff was really nice if you do go here and have got small children I can't recommend explorer's enough. Our Grandson loved there activities and the staff was really friendly . Only thing I would say is I didn't think the caravan was worth being classed has gold. It was nice and very clean but nothing to shout about and definitely no luxurious furnishings
Always enjoy staying here. Weather was mixed and the location of the caravan wasn't great but I did ask to be close to amenities just not that close. The kids love it so will be going back next year.
Touring van / caravan spaces are not flat. Using chucks I was still at such an angle I felt I had to abseil from my bed to my loo. The new pools and slides are nice but you have to pre book hour slots. We found it difficult to plan out holiday around when we were allowed to use the pool and slides.
We stayed as a group of 16 camping. Very good facilities near the camping pitches including plenty of showers and a sauna + steam room. Access to the indoor pool and water slides was brilliant too. Very friendly staff on reception.
