Experience the freedom and space of a farm holiday where you can help feed the farm animals, collect eggs from the chicken, take a tractor & trailer ride and explore the farm trail. There's an outdoor children's play area with places to climb and swing, ride on tractors and plenty of space to cycle. The indoor games room has table tennis, pool and table football as well as a kiddies' playhouse. Holiday fun for all ages where children can play and make new friends while parents relax and enjoy their holiday too.

8 well-equipped cottages and lodges sleeping 3 to 8 (40 in total) making it the ideal destination for couples, families or groups of frineds. Arrange a special celebration or a get together at Lower Campscott in several of our cottages and lodges and you can use our function room; with its own kitchen and tables & chairs to seat up to 40 its a great place for gatheriings.

We stayed at the farm with my 2 kids who absolutely loved it. Farmer Tony was so welcoming and my son loved the feeding and tractor rides every other day. The accommodation has everything you need as a family. It’s a nice walk to the idillic Lee Bay. Ilfracombe and Wolacome are both very close for the beach and coastline. The coastal walk is also beautiful.

We spent a week at Lower Campscott Farm as a young family. Our kids ages 2 & 4 absolutely loved their stay at the farm and want to go back again. Daily morning animal feeding made them feel involved with helping on the farm and by the end of the week they had such confidence with the animals which was so lovely to see. Farmer Tony is a great teacher. On site they also have a playground area, ride on tractors, a farm shop and games room. The view overlooking Lee Bay is also beautiful. It was a really wonderful trip.

What an amazing place to stay for a family holiday! We couldn't fault it. The girls, aged 3 and 5, had the time of their lives - feeding and petting the animals, having fun on the playground, enjoying tractor rides and splashing in the hot tub. The accommodation suited our needs perfectly and nothing was too much trouble for Kathy and Tony. We can recommend Kathy's frozen meals when you don't want to cook or venture out. Definitely a five star holiday.

I loved it here. We stayed in the granary cottage which had everything we could possibly want even a dishwasher which is a really nice touch Every morning my 2 yr old daughter got to feed the animals which was a perfect start to day and loads better for her than the usual holiday treat of Peppa pig. The village of Lee was a gorgeous stroll away with a nice village pub and some, if not the best beaches in the UK were about 5-15 minutes drive away depending on which one you wanted. The farm has gorgeous views of the ocean and I felt it was excellent value. I will definitely come back as there is loads to see and do in the surrounding areas.

Lovely accommodation and the farm and local areas are great for keeping children entertained. Everything you need on site for a great holiday. Tony and Kath are very helpful and welcoming. Will be returning.Rooms: 5/5

Great venue for our short break; our large family group was well accommodated between 3 cottages/lodges. Pinetree lodge felt particularly special, high vaulted ceilings made it feel particularly spacious & it was furnished/decorated to a high standard!  Friendly staff run this family friendly farm in a beautiful spot. Our family celebrations were well acommodated in The Dairy function room til late. There were daily opportunities for the kids to feed the animals & enjoy a tractor ride. 10 mins drive to the beautiful beach at Woolacombe.

This is our 3rd year at Lower Campscott Farm. There are eight of us, including 3 children, who love the animals, tractor  rides, and the play area! I'm in a wheelchair, and one of the most memorable things for me was leading Gypsy, the Shetland pony, from my wheelchair! Tony, the friendly farmer, has added handrails, moved the toilet and provided a toilet surround! He has also added a section on Accessible North Devon on his Farm site. This place is wonderful, and we're booked in for next year too!

I loved my stay at Lower Campscott Farm, I  stayed in a lovely cottage, which was cosy for this time of year, it had a log fire, plenty of home comforts & very clean. It had wonderful views across the surrounding  farm & countryside. It's  a great place for children & dogs, I  took my dog & he loved all  the local walks, including Lee Bay, which is close by. Tony & Kathy made me very welcome, I  would certainly  come back again.

After traveling from our home in America through Spain and London city, this was a welcome break from the hustle and Bustle. The English countryside is the most beautiful place we have been and Devon is so lovely. Lowercamp Scott offered very nice accommodations with everything we needed in our cottage dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, refrigerator, full kitchen, iron—-no hair dryer. With having 5 of us, sharing one bathroom was a little tough but nothing to complain about. It was very special to be around all the animals, especially Louie, Blossom and the three goats. They all had such character. Farmer Tony let us stay an extra night and was an excellent host. Our two sons loved feeding time in the morning and Tony gave them a nice tractor ride around the farm. We cannot wait to one day return to the simple beauty of Devon.
