Lovely caravan park. Staff was very friendly. Lots to do on the park plus crazy golf was free! The only down side was the club house was not big enough and they allowed dogs in the restaurant, the restaurant had a soft play for children which was very good and free too but my daughter left her shoes at the table then we noticed dog poo on the floor. Which then put us off. The staff looked very fed up when I reported it. All in all we had a lovely break. Would recommend.
I did like the site. The facilities were good. Pool arcade. Pub. Play centre. The only thing that let's this place down is the way so many static caravans are packed in. Not leaving anywhere to park the car so had to unpack quickly and then move the car to a long way from the caravan outside the pub. We wouldn't be returning as we found it was overcrowded. Nearby activities: Beach nearby Playground: Fab play park. Dog-friendliness: Dogs are welcomed
Nice caravan, good location and facilities, pools etc. The only problem was you had to walk across a stretch of grass to access the van and as it was rainy, this became muddy making it hard to keep things clean as well as covering my shoes and trouser bottoms with mud. A small path even stepping stones would help avoid a mud bath. That is the only thing preventing five stars. The staff were especially pleasant, cheerful and helpful.
What a wonderful place to go for a Sunday roast. Always good food and friendly staff. Mt only gripe is that they got rid of the pool table...and maybe they could tidy the garden up a bit as it looked a bit run down.Location: 5/5
Everything has been excellent facility’s wise but one staff member working behind the food counter orange beard keeps making the experience unpleasant. Serious attitude problem. Just avoid him serving you if you can. Other than that, it’s awesome.
Lovely place to stay and relax lots of activities to do night entertainment is fun for ages. This is are second time coming to this holiday park staff are friendly and helpful Playground: Has a large playarea outside with a pool
So came here end of summer 2022 it was Amazing but... I do have I few issues with it not enough room to pull in one of my biggest stresses and big point.. lack of WiFi I had a friend who wanted to talk I had to come all the way down to the main building but on a positive note the outside pool was lovely and the view from where we where
Beach nearby which is stunning and beachcomber cafe superb , which is located on beach . However the holiday park allows drug use and police seen in attendance , heavy security presence - need to do more
This place was absolutely awful, there was no Wi-Fi which I’m the website was a free Wi-Fi guarantee the accommodation was also awful the hot water did not work in the shower and the water pressure kept dropping, they refused to move us and said we needed to pay 130 pound to be moved! The staff was disrespectful and the manager was absolutely awful! She was arrogant and rude, I complained when I got home and she tried to belittle me! And actually laughed when I was talking! Her customer service skills was shocking! Do not waste your money on this awful holiday park!
A great welcome very friendly staff...lovely site, Caravan is absolutely amazing, immaculately clean ....would definitely recommend and hope to come back next year Food & drinks: Food in bar is excellent !!
