We ordered burgers and wings through deliveroo last week and we couldn’t eat after a bite. Im not sure what meat that was but it was not chicken.. the meat was black, red and pink. This made us feel sick. Avoid eating from this restaurant for your own safety. They don’t use good meat or cook their meat properly.
Best chips we’ve ever had!!!!!!!!!! The chicken bites were lovely! Garlic Mayo was very strong, full of flavour - very very nice. Bf had the burger which he said was lovely, really good but it was just dripping from the beetroot unfortunately. So he left some due to the water absorption. But otherwise the overall taste was brilliant!
I order delivery from here all the time, and occasionally eat in person too. The burgers are always delicious, in my opinion possibly the crispiest and tastiest chicken burgers out of any chain. Would thoroughly recommend.Food: 5/5
DO NOT ORDER. Undercooked chicken on all burgers. Avoid at all costs.
We used to enjoy Coqfighter chicken burgers, which we ordered through deliveroo, because it was chicken THIGHS, juicy and tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. However in our recent orders, we have been disappointed by the DRY chicken BREAST and the bread which used to be brioche buns. Such a shame as we loved Coqfighter and thought it was the best chicken burger in town. Not ordering again, unless we see some real improvement. Will keep an eye on the reviews.
The best fried chicken burger you'll eat. Hands down. Panko fried means its super crispy on the outside but melts away as soon as you bite it. The softest chicken after the crispiest bite I always get it in a bao bao bun as its different and still tastes great. Have also tasted it in regular bun and it's still amazing! Fries are also really tasty and a very generous portion. The special mayo's are really good. You can also get normal mayo and ketchup for free.
There was 2 Chicken Boa's but I got too hungry before taking the photo! Taste was on point and the chicken was seasoned well and not dry With the price, I felt they should have given you 3 Boa's instead you of 2 Staff were friendly and had a decent playlist I recommend trying the place out!
CAUTION and WARN!! DO NOT and I repeat do not go to this restaurant inside Boxpark as they had several complaints about there chicken not being cooked properly meaning the chicken was raw and other times it was grey and spoiled which has caused many cases of food poisoning reported by customers which you can see from reviews here and on other platforms such as Tripadvisor and Trustpilot! Myself and my friend went there after work last week Thursday 23rd of November to get some dinner and for the next couple of days after this we fell sick with severe food poisoning which we are only “slowly”starting to recover from now! We will be reporting this restaurant to local health authorities to ensure appropriate action is taken to hold them accountable. If you are the owner/management reading this you should be disgusted with how many complaints you received from customers about this for years now and you are still risking the lives of people by selling uncooked and spoiled chicken! I’m doing this to prevent others from having similar experiences.
I ordered Green chilli cheese burger, Nashville hot burger and K Wings all the food was rotten and it smell bad, this was really poisonous. Please avoid!!! I basically paid my money to get sick
We ordered from deliveroo, as usual. This used to be the best chicken burger in London. Our delivery kept being delayed when the food was ready to collect. Was delayed by about 1h tonight. Obviously when it arrived and came in cold and stale. I understand it is not your fault that there weren’t any drivers to collect the food for delivery. However, you are ultimately responsible for making sure your customers get their foods at least luke warm i get it, it’s a delivery. The approach you should have had was realising that your customer was going to get a mediocre experience and find a solution! It would have been preferable to make the food again so it would be delivered fresh. Once you solved the above you should then take it with Deliveroo and explain that you had to redo a delivery due to lack of drivers to pick up the order on time. But no, you instead decided to ignore and let the food be delivered cold anyway… common, I am sure you can do better than this. Your burgers are exceptional but you are letting situations like this impact the quality of your food. You have to be better than this! You know what is worst than a disappointed customer? A disappointed loyal customer.
