The service was great. The staff was very courteous and prompt with our food and the menu was well organized. My guests had a good time, my wife and I also had a great time. It's a good place to have a family get together. Top notch! Thank you team for hosting us. Keep up the good work. Kid-friendliness: Without asking they provided some coloring books and the kid menu for one of our guest's children. Which I thought was very observant and thoughtful.

Venue: Ponte Nuovo Date of Visit: 07/01/2024 There were 6 of us in total and we arrived when it was quiet. My orders included - Vegetarian Pizza - Pina Colada - Dessert Forgotten the name The staff catered to my dietary requirements and answered any questions I had. I don't think they have halal meat options which is why I ordered vegetarian/alcohol free. The atmosphere was clean and pleasant and the food/drink itself was of high standard, arriving in reasonable time. 5 Stars overall
Went for a friends birthday. Great good and drinks,lovely restaurant and staff service. We had a private dining room which made it extra special, they even made a birthday cake on site Dietary restrictions: They cater for these. Just advise the waiters
Ambience, service & food were all 10/10. Specifically the service from Ronaldo, the manager. My friend and I felt very welcomed and will definitely be visiting again Highly recommend !

My dearest university professor came to London to visit my family. I knew Croydon had a famous Italian restaurant and Ristorante Bar Ponte Nuovo. I booked a table for 4 without any hesitation. When I arrived there, I found many passionate staffs were singing birthday song to the customers here. The atmosphere and services here were fantastic. We loved the pasta, pizzas, garlic bread and dessert here. I loved the chilling alcoholic beverages very much. I'll recommend here for those who want to have a good Italian dinning experience.
Lovely authentic Italian food and warm atmosphere. Well worth trying the selection of Specials on offer. I enjoyed a traditional minestrone for starters and a pasta from the Specials Menu with baby prawns, garlic, cream & brandy sauce. Like mama used to make! Menu has something for everyone at a reasonable price for London. A couple of small Birthday celebrations added to a great atmosphere.
Been here before in 2018 for a friend's birthday. The food was lovely. I had Salmon and the sauce used was truly amazing, fish was cooked from fresh. Visited again April 2022 but this time for my own birthday which was very lovely. Compliments to the chef, food was lovely, we had some special request for some dishes which was well done. Excellent service. We had a private room that fit 10 people which was nice. I got my cake from costco which they brought out for me and sang me happy birthday. 5 star deserved!
