Once again first class service from this branch. Sunita Manohar dealt with my business in a extremely professional and caring manner. Wonderful lady. Huge thank you.
Sad to see all the negative comments regarding staff at this branch. Must admit wasn't looking forward to entering branch. Glad I did. was welcomed first by a lovely lady didn't get her name but had beautiful long hair. I explained what I needed to do and she directed me to the right counter. Where I met a gentleman named Paul. He dealt with my business with the utmost care, patience and respect. He showed how to pay a cheque in at machine I never done this before. All in all a first class service. I have been a TSB customer for over 50 years. First joined when the Trustee Savings Bank was on Dudley Rd.. I would just like to say a huge thank you to both members of staff.
23rd of December 2020 6 people are allowed inside due to Covid-19, but inside are just 3 people, me and others are waiting outside in rain because staff who is handling this are too busy chatting between them. Thank you Very professional PS No hand sanitiser provided!
I've been told that I will have to wait THREE MONTHS to open a under 19s account for my daughter. The staff didn't even bother to collect contact details to book an appointment, I'm assuming that they have no intention of actually making any appointments in the near future. I wondet if the branch is under new management because TSB Capehill use to be good and easily accessible. Now you have to queue for 20 minutes to be told that there's no appointments until three months later without an actual follow through.

Pam samra provided a first class customer service she helped me sort out my finances she made me feel at ease she did not rush me even though we went a little over my schedule time well done pam. First time in a long time I visited my local branch will come again if I need to an felon way about coming due to the customer service I recieved.

The Indian chubby girl normally on the tills had a very bad attitude lack in customer service diffently be putting a complaint in about her. Being cheeky infront of other customers lacking customer service skills. This bank is going down in service really quickly, I could see another bank going out from here due to staff moral and attitude like hers putting others in risk whom provided a good quality of service.
The staff that work at this branch are extremely rude. They will give you a hundred and one reasons why they can’t do the simplest of tasks such as print a statement. I’ve never seen a work place that from the manger to the rest of the staff have the same attitude. They enjoy not resolving anything for the customers and making fun of the situation. It’s my local branch and I often have to go to other branches. TSB really and truly need to look into this branch, it’s management and staff.
