Bad staff. And noone at reception. Seen a couple of people waited there for 10 mins and left. If u want proper service go diferent bank !!

I’m a regular tsb customer who goes to the bank everyday I always get served with respect & today I have gone to the bank just as my normal routine I went to give money & recieve change( business purpose) but the lady at the counter was so rude & said so many things & in the end agreed to give the change Ive never had a problem before so I dont understand why the lady was rude & had a problem today! just because of the west bromwich bank & the lack of respect they have I would rather change bank & go to a different bank for business purposes aswell!
