I would rate lower if possible was advise that getting money out from this bank would take 10 mins....an hour later I am still here. Horrific service and manners of staff.

Highly unimpressed. My card is not working and I was told that I could withdraw money from there to arrive for them to say that they don't have any managers in today !!!! Now I have to go to another branch with my petrol light on 😑
