Went there today could not believe how expensive prices were they really put the prices high on most items hardly worth going if your going to get value elsewhere

Good selection. Decent opening hours. Friendly helpful Staff always on hand when needed. Plenty of parking however there is a 3 hour time limit. Located on retail park with several other major chains. Convenient hassle free decent sized store open till around 11pm.

Where to start....insufficient staff numbers. You can never seem to find one when you need one. Customer service levels - well that is another lottery. To call some of the staff in here unprofessional would be an upgrage. What do you expect though when the store manager speaks to you like he is giving you the things for free when you tell him? His manages are the same, cocky so-and-so(s) who think they know it all while givng you appalling customer service. None of the people in management are remotely interested in feedback. I tried to talk to the store manager once and gave up. His staff are taking their lead from him. Whenever I get poor service here I call customer service number and get it sorted that way. I do my shopping online now rather than go here. If I need to go into store then I will go to the one in Minworth which is a long way away but at least I am guaranteed good service there.

Wide selection for your weekly or monthly shop as well as George at Asda clothing for women, men and children. They also have homeware selection, electronics a book selection. Friendly staff, who are willing to help.
