Hopeless!!! I did a current account switch with them, came into the branch at the appointment they gave me with all my I.D that they asked for and spent over an hour filling out forms and setting the account all up. On leaving they welcomed me to nationwide and they told me it would take 7 days to all go through and my bank card was in the post. But yet 2 weeks later I'm sat here still waiting and nothing, no welcome letter, no bank card no nothing! So I call them back to see what's going on and they said they can't find no record of me but they can see I had an appointment there. I ask what happened to all the paperwork I filled out etc?? They don't know. Bunch of time wasters!!!! I'm going to another more reliable bank. Thanks for showing me your true colours earlier on nationwide so I didn't end up wasting even more time with an unprofessional amateur bank.
