i have been using this branch for last 5 years. since last year and half, this branch services gone so bad, it doesn't deserve 0 rating. services so.slow you need to day off work. business counter is so slow only 1 counter it could take hours if you behind few people. they dont accept business customer on normal counter even if the counter is empty, and other customers waiting for long time. i made lots of complaints the staff are not bothered. i even complaints to the management, his.excuse was saving cost, less staff working hard. its not fair on staff, but with the service they provide they will get some abuse from customer .

awfully managed, only good when its not busy, which is only when they open and when they close. under staffed and most of the staff are clueless with no personal skills although there are a couple of exceptions to this. barclays really need to do better for a multi million pound business.

Very very disappointed, the staff was very rude I had an appointment at 10 am they made me wait for an hour and no one dealt or helped me. They kept ignoring me and dealt with the people that came after me. I would not recommend this bank there is no help or discipline. Every time I go it’s worse.

Chose this bank for business banking because it has a business till. Month later the remove that option. Now it takes forever to deposit large cash. Unless it under 4K you can use the machine. Place like this need all windows open at all times. Problem is when g4s come to collect cash and two or three windows get closed, you're screwed. But staff are good, trying their best in a hard branch to work. P.s. The place is not dangerous. I've been in and out with large cash 100 times never had anyone even look at me the wrong way.
