This morning I accompanied my mum to her consultation appointment at the salon with Julie. The salon is beautiful very welcoming and friendly my mum was very nervous about her appointment she has been having gradual hair loss over the last seven years and has lost a lot of confidence in herself. As soon as we saw Julie she put mum at ease and I could tell my mum was engaged and excited about the hope that Julie gave her of having her hair looking like it use to! Julie explained all options to mum thoroughly gave expert advice and analysed what my mums hair and scalp needs were! Mum is excited and very much looking forward to her hair piece changing not only her life but her confidence and we are really grateful to Julie for her professional and empathetic approach! Thank you so much and can’t wait for our next appointment!
What a lovely bunch of ladies . I went to buy a wig having found a bald patch on my head . Jenny reassured me after micro testing that I did not need a wig as my hair was growing back . We had a lovely chat and then tried some wigs on anyway . I came home with feeling much more confident in myself . I couldn’t rate this place highly enough and the wigs I did try were of high quality. Thank you so much and hope your business prospers in the marina Sharon downes xx
What an immensely positive experience. From the moment I walked through the door it had a very warm vibe, the incredibly empathetic and kind staff and the great advice all so helpful during a very stressful time. Felt much more positive walking out the door armed with options and great advice. No pressure to purchase products. Thoroughly recommend! Aderans Barton Marina is in the most perfect setting. Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. Julie was amazing so knowledgeable and knew exactly what was best for me. I left feeling like a new woman and the most comfortable wig which I can very confidently wear all day long. Thank you so much to everyone.
Losing your hair is an extremely stressful time. From the environment to the quality of the wigs, the whole service was fabulous. The expert team were not just friendly & put you at ease but gave exceptionally useful help & advice. I would fully recommend this place to enable you to “hold your head up high” & feel feminine despite your illness.
My appointment with Jules at Aderans, Barton Marina was absolutely amazing. I have lost my hair due to chemo so was looking for a comfortable and stylish wig. Jules exceeded all my expectations. She was understanding of my situation, friendly, knowledgable and knew exactly what would suit me. I just love my wig !! Jules also discussed with me how to look after my scalp. I will be booking an appointment over next few weeks for a scalp treatment. Thank you Jules and team for making my appointment the best day I have had in a long time.
I ve ordered a HH wig from a… I ve ordered a HH wig from a hairdresser. At the start was perfect, looked fine, though the ends looked a bit dried. After one week the ends looked completely damaged, I couldn’t wear it anymore as it looked the wig had been worn for over a year. I tried to return the wig and they ve told me that I had put heat on it, which wasn’t true. I ve sent another email and the response was the same or to contact the hairdresser again, once they wouldn’t be responsible for anything. I ve asked for another wig and they ve refused. I ve spent £600 pounds in a wig I can’t use after 2 weeks because of the damaged ends. I am really disappointed and never would buy another wig with them after this terrible experience. The hair looked like hay and the costumer service was even worse.
My experiences at Aderans Trendco Midlands have been so positive. I always leave feeling great even though it is a difficult time. I had treatments to my scalp before starting chemotherapy which improved its condition immediately. I bought a wig which gave me another option when going out, having lost most of my hair. I am now booked in for help as my hair starts to come back. Thank you to all the lovely staff who have helped.
I visited the salon @ Barton Marina with my mum in wheelchair, there is a lift to take you onto upper floor. We were met by Naomi who was very welcoming and friendly. We talked about what mum required and within 10 minutes she was wearing a new hairpiece looking a new woman. We were both surprised how quick and seamless the process was, not expensive- just a brilliant , professional service in great surroundings and caring staff , oh and a great coffee and biscuit!! Do not hesitate to visit, you will be impressed. Thank you Rosemary and Mandy
