im a new customer to this shop i have to say the service is amazing from the time you enter the shop you are made very welcome  and put at ease julie in particular is super efficient and makes you feel very comfortable.

Made an appointment to try on the wigs due to thinning hair from chemo and was very nervous. Naomi made my first experience of trying on wigs a delight. Nothing was too much trouble and there was no rushing you to make a decision. Picked the ideal wig for me and I'm very happy with it. Thank you all at the Birmingham shop.

Very pleased with the service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thank you so much. Feel more confident already. Would highly recommend.
