Website doesn’t work. Registered, received 15 percent voucher immediately , tried to buy calendar- doesn’t recognize email so can’t. Phoned customer service - passed to technical team - no one has come back. Couldn’t just buy over the phone - RIDICULOUS.  HOPELESS!!!! How can you run a business like this

Received some of their wonderful shaving cream as a Christmas present.  Almost out of it, so decided to have a look around their store.  A bit on the pricey side, but a beautiful store with very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

The young lady was very helpful. Had problems with the computer putting in details. I will be going back again when I go into b'ham.

I attended my first Masterclass which was presented by Judy, Jay, and Nicki, and it was great! They were very thorough in their demonstrations and explanations of the different products; it was also a great chance to sample many of their products. The team was very warm and welcoming; I look forward to future visits and purchases from the Kiehl's store.

Such a lovely master class held by Judy, Jay & Nicki!! Extremely personalised, lots of samples and very interactive. The team were lovely and informative, I would heavily recommend any events held by this store specifically :

Jacob is the best member of staff and has great product knowledge, the others are not very helpful and have a very pushy approach to make a sale. I also found they refuse to give samples regardless if you spend over £100. What ever happened to retaining your loyal customers

I came to this store on the recommendation of a friend who suggested i try out their products on my very sensitive skin as i'd not found a moisturiser that worked previously. I spoke to the staff member about getting a skin consultation and trying out a sample or a tester version as i was concerned for my skins reaction. She told me i'd have to 'buy it and see' and wouldn't pass on the tester pot of me to try. When i asked what the smallest size was i was told that i'd be fine so just to buy the bigger pot. Such poor customer service from a business that prides itself on giving 'skin consultations' and a tailored service but staff don't seem to be bothered despite the fact i was prepared to take the time out to learn about the products and potentially spend a lot of money.

I love Kiehl's, but service in this particular shop is horrible. 2 sales assistants were working there, and both of them were not too bothered to helped me out. And when I asked questions about particular products, I didn't even get a proper answer. I am extremely dissapointed. I literally get better service in Boots.

Amazing masterclass with Judy, Nicki & Jay, I learnt so much about the skincare and they were so entertaining, and friendly would highly recommend, we even got amazing samples!

Excellent event, very informative and helped me so much with my skin care. Judy, nicki and jay were so welcoming and helped me find skin products to suit my skin care routine.
