I got inside the shop for the first time because I've researched the brand and was curious about the perfumes, and wow they are stunning. Customer service is outstanding the girl sorry can't remember your name had a big smile on her face, was very patient listening to my preferences, made a few beautiful suggestions even took it to another level by gifting me with samples so I can take my time and make a decision. The perfumes are amazing but the customer service itself would be enough reason for me to return. Thank you!

Very disappointing products.  The bath products have superb scents but very quickly within minutes lose their foam.  It appears to be a case of brand marketing creating a mindset of quality, when in fact it's poor quality.  I now buy Native products which have superb scents, very good long-lasting foam, no SLS of parabens and a fraction of the price of Molton Brown.

Fabulous experience, lovely staff and all the products are beautifully laid out and gift wrapped on request.

Nice shop good quality range for both blokes and the ladies, a little pricey perhaps but that's just me.

Molton Brown  shop is always worth  a visit. Full of luxurious  goodies.
