NEVER COME HERE The level of disrespect I recieved in this store is nothing but astonishing. I went in to buy a bonnet for the first time so I was a newbie, I went and asked the store worker about the bonnets they had and the way they just speak to customers is so disrespectful and he just kept on trying to end a conversation that barely lasted 30 sec. I found out that there bonnets were too expensive so I left. I checked my bag if I lost something and turned out I dropped my chapstick; so I came back to get it and the same guy kept on whaffling " oh you came back" "oh its going to fit your head" oh its going to this and that. I got so mad that I told him to shut up. I left without anything. By the way the store looked in an awful condition it was very moldy and some items were past their expiry date!?!?! but either way I am never coming here again and would recommend no one to do so too.
The levels of disrespect that I got when I visited this place. I picked up a few items as I was dodging screaming kids that were running around. And as I got to the til a teenage boy scanned the items and threw them around carelessly... I asked him "how much is this?" About a headscarf I had in my hand, he 100% heard me, looked at me and walked away. I put the scarf on the til and walked out. I refuse to give my money to disrespectful, unprofessional people. A previous time, I was acccused of stealing because they need to fix their alarm system, it was going off the whole time I was there. Snatched MY bag out of my hand and searched through it to find absolutely nothing I was 16 at the time and had about 6 men surrounding me. I bet if I was a man or if I had a man with me, they would have approached me very differently. Especially when I did not steal anything. Don't know who they think they are! I know other people who have experienced the same thing there too. The place stinks as well
False praisal of his products. Rubbish products no good quality. They got fake stamps of wahls logo on cheap no quality fake stuff. brought a machine came out like a cheap plastic toy. Best to buy from Argos.
Poor pigeon flew into the store surrounded by kids screaming ‘BIRD!! BIRD!!’ and adult staff laughing and one proceeding to grab the pigeon , tormenting both the bird and one of the children by following him with it, horrible display of animal abuse, unkindness and unprofessionalism
DON’T SHOP HERE! I don’t usually write reviews but my experience in this store today was so poor that I have to. The staff here do not know the meaning of customer service. Rather than working, the men in store had set up a bench to lift weights, are we’re doing so in front of customers - one of the most unprofessional things I’ve seen! When I did buy something the cashier did not greet me; hardly looked at me; and also acted as though I was inconveniencing him with my purchase. I need to reiterate someone else’s comment about the staff saying rude things about customers in a different language assuming they don’t understand. Again, unprofessional. This place has no respect for the people who are spending their money and keeping them open for business, and clearly the staff feel untouchable and like there will be no consequences for the actions. My recommendation is to avoid this place - your money is powerful, so take it elsewhere and then they will quickly learn!
Go here with my wife and daughter who both use products sold here. Everytime you step into the shop you're made to feel like a thief ready to commit a crime. You are followed around the store by staff and they spear to have staff posted at aisle ends watching you too. A truly dreadful experience that is consistent. Will now look for products on line at maybe amazon in future. Interesting observation though is hearing other customers complaining about the same concerns.
I bought hair product with expired expired in 2020, we are in 2022, as it is possible and the owner of the store does not want to return me the money so I asked you to take the product from the store because it is dangerous he did not, I found the same product there. Product nome "2 Easy Steps" comb-thru
My go to for hair dyes and accessories.. And kids styling gels... Its clean and staff are friendly... I've not seen a girl working there.. Maybe get person who has some expertise in that area to help customers? But very very reasonable priced...
I have to say each time I go to Sabina city I am happy with the hair/wigs I buy the staff are friendly and helpful especially Moby who goes out of his way to help and advise. If I have any questions about hair products I call in advance and speak to Moby who will advise if what I am looking for Iain stock as I have a distance to travel Thanks Sabina city
Staff are rude and have no manners .I refuse to spend my money in this shop
