Aveda is top of the line! Recently I started using botanical repair  shampoo n conditioner and I have to say I'm in love with this  product.  My hair is in a much better place from strength  to feel to the way it looks. Its made my hair grow along with  healing it. I'm very excited to try  more products and I'm using the delivery system and it's been a good  experience as well. Fast accurate service.  The Hoover  location is very  nice n clean with many different  products for pretty much anything.  I'm very  satisfied with my purchase and will  continue to use the delivery service.  Thank you Aveda for helping me heal my hair. Your product cost a bit more than drugstore products but it's so true  you definitely get what you pay for.  Aveda you truly have a lifetime  customer. #Jada was amazing! Did a triple dye and blended gray on curly mid-length hair amazingly! The only suggestion is the leaders need to agree with what the original plan was going in. Still amazing and will be back before she graduates,  a must-book!!

I made an appointment within a days notice to color correct my daughters hair. She was home from college and had limited time. She was skeptical but I thought it couldn’t worse than it looked at the time. Kayle was her stylist. My daughter thought she was so personable and did a great job on her hair. It looked amazing and very healthy. She showed her a picture and it turned out exactly the same.. Her instructor was right there and observed her work. We bought product and received a ton of samples. The price was terrific… I would highly recommend Aveda Institute for your beauty needs.

My Mom and I had been loyal clients since 2017. The day before Mother’s Day 2022, I booked an appointment for us. As soon as we got there, the person at the register had no clue what we were talking about when we said we had an appointment. A woman walked up and said, “I called you earlier this week and left a message! We’re overbooked and had to cancel your appointments. But, we’re offering you 20% off each off of your next service.” First of all, we never received a phone call or a message. Second of all, she shouldn’t have tried one time. She knew in advance that our appointments had been canceled. Also, our appointment was at 2 pm that afternoon. She could’ve tried to call again that morning and this whole thing could’ve been avoided! I told her that I was not happy and that we came from out of town for the appointment. She said, “Oh. I’m sorry.” I replied, “Yeah, so am I.” My Mom and I walked out. I want to add that 20% off is a joke! That is not how one makes up for THEIR mistake! I called up headquarters and she said very flatly, “Yes ma’am. Sorry you experienced that. Is there anything we can do to make it up to you?” She sounded very bored and uninterested. I realized that my business clearly was no longer wanted. I told her to train her employees better because we wouldn’t be returning. After 5 years, we’re permanently done with this school and have found a new spa that appreciates our business.

Great experience with Zoë. She did a root retouch, freshened up my ends, gave me a great haircut and was so nice and easy going. It was a treat for me and my scalp— and she gave me a great hand massage. I always recommend Aveda to anyone who is looking for a good cut or color and a relaxing experience.

“Selina” my 1st impression of her is she notices that I have a Sensitive Scalp and if I was Tender-Headed. My First Impression at the Shampoo station was Amazing. She Listens to her Clients and she Notices if I was Uncomfortable or Not. Second, she does in AWESOME job with FLAT IRON my hair. When I Run my Hands through my hair it FEELS SOFT and SMOOTH. Finally, at the end of each visit my HAIR gets HEALTHY and HEALTHIER So being here makes you Feel like you’re in Good Hands. I WON’T GO ANYWHERE BUT AVEDA!!!

I always love coming to Aveda. All the students are very knowledgeable and so sweet. I recently had Morgan as my stylist and she was INCREDIBLE! My hair is so beautiful and she was excellent to talk to. I always recommend Aveda to my friends, let this be your sign to go!

What a wonderful little secret. Aveda is one of the best places on planet Earth to get anything and everything you could desire in a salon. The students are fantastic and the instructors are top notch. I HIGHLY recommend you give them a try!

I love going to Aveda Institute Birmingham. Everyone is always so nice. Whatever service you get from cuts, manicures and facials they are always enjoyable and relaxing. It has a very warm, happy, spa like atmosphere.  Have recommended Aveda to all of my friends.

Having my hair done at Aveda is always a wonderful experience. From the moment I sit down I begin to relax. It's luxury at an affordable cost. From the scents of the products to the music playing while getting my hair washed and conditioned, it's a relaxing experience and my hair always looks amazing. The cherry almond scented products are my favorite.
